The concept for the prototype villas for five of the newly created plots, comprises of a block embedded in the topography, revaling a signle-floor elevation to all pedestrian pathes at the north side and a two story-height villa to the south.
Each interior space is distinguished from the nex by subtle shifts in walls positions, all connected to a back and front garden.
